TRIMAXION / HOME DISPLAY

Privacy policy · November 5, 2026

For the household.
Handled with care.

Trimaxion Home Display is a private household project. This policy explains what happens when a household member authorizes the app to read Google Calendar events.

What the app accesses

With explicit Google authorization, the app reads events from calendars accessible to the authorized account. Its configuration selects the household calendars to use. Read-only event permission applies across accessible calendars; the selected-calendar list is an additional restriction within the app.

Data used for the display can include event titles, dates, start and end times, recurrence instances, cancellation status and locations. The app does not request permission to create, change, delete or share Google calendars or events.

Why calendar data is used

Calendar data is used to generate the household's monthly calendar and upcoming-events images, keep them current and support reliable cached display. It is not used for advertising, sold, or used to train artificial-intelligence models.

Trimaxion Home Display's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Where data and credentials are stored

When Calendar access is authorized, the household's processing device stores the current event snapshot and private authorization credentials. Only finished display images and nonsecret validation metadata are delivered to the dedicated screen. The screen keeps a limited cache so it can continue showing safe content during an outage. Google credentials are not sent to the screen.

Google credentials, raw calendar responses and private display images are not published on this information website. Credentials are kept outside public files, source control and ordinary application logs. Connections to Google and delivery to the screen use authentication and encryption.

Who can see household information

The household controls the authorized account, selected calendars and devices. Anyone who can physically see the screen can read the event details shown on it. The app does not share calendar data with advertisers or publish a public event feed.

This information site is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes request metadata to deliver and secure its pages. The pages contain no advertising, embedded analytics scripts, calendar data or authorization credentials.

Retention and removal

The app retains the latest successful event snapshot and a limited history of generated images for continuity and rollback. New successful snapshots replace older event data. Older image generations are removed according to the configured cache-retention policy; images in active use can be retained until the display releases them. Any deliberately created recovery backup may retain older data until that backup is removed.

You can stop future access by removing the app from your Google Account's third-party connections, or by removing the account's access to the shared calendar. Revocation does not automatically erase previously cached images or backups. Ask the household administrator to remove the stored event snapshot, credentials, generated images and any relevant backups.

Questions and changes

For access, deletion or privacy questions, contact the household administrator using the user-support email shown in the Google authorization configuration or consent screen. No account password or token should be sent with a request.

This policy will be updated before materially changing how Google Calendar data is accessed or used. Additional Google permissions require separate consent.
